Because of the volatility of steel and associated markets, there can be no way to anticipate price fluctuations day to day. Double L Inc. will exercise due care and caution by keeping the pricing updated and current.

Quoting equipment prices without first contacting Double L Inc. for a current cost schedule will be at your own risk. Under no circumstance will Double L Inc. or its employees be liable to you or anyone else for any damages arising out of the use of outdated pricing schedules. This is a comprehensive limitation of liability that applies to damages of any kind, including compensatory, special, direct, indirect, consequential damages, loss of client, income or profit. This comprehensive limitation of liability includes but is not limited to damaged 3 rd parties even it we are advised beforehand of the possibility of such claims.

Governing Law

All legal remedies available relative to this Web site Agreement will be governed by and construed under the laws of the State of Idaho . Exclusive jurisdiction over and venue of any suit relating to this Agreement shall be adjudicated in the state and federal courts of Power County , Idaho .
